I’m very happy to be appearing (workshop and concert) at the Festival of the German Flute Society this March in Munich.

Thanks to Yamaha for helping to make this possible.

Recorded live at BBC Radio Maida Vale studios in 1983. Here I am playing a Parrot alto flute in the first recording of my tune “Nobody Phoned”. For the full story go to the last chapter of my autobiography page in this site.

I wrote this piece shortly after Graham Collier, my friend, mentor maybe, and the guy who gave me my first chance on the big stage, passed away. It doesn’t sound like his music and isn’t supposed to, but I was thinking Mingus and Ellington, two great influences on Graham. This recording was made for BBC Radio Scotland and I’m playing with the fantastic pianist, Richard Michael.
